2. Working oil automatic transmission forklifts should use 6# hydraulic transmission oil and wave oil tank, and manual transmission vehicles use gear oil. Use oil temperature should be 70-95°C, we can't use it for a long time after it is higher than 95°C;

3. Cleaning and maintenance of automatic transmission. Generally, the lubricating oil gearboxes of forklift gearboxes should be replaced by every six months for cleaning and maintenance;

4. For the replacement and cleaning cycle of the forklift oil filter, the new forklift should be within 50h, and every 200h and 1200h thereafter, and also in the harsh environmental problems should be every 600h;

5. When the forklift shifts gears, the micro valve should be closed first, and then shift gears; when braking, the micro valve must be closed first, and then braking, in this way can prevent the clutch from being damaged or the brake not working.
