The working device of the forklift is the working part of the forklift for loading and unloading operations. It bears all the loading and completes the loading and unloading operations of forklifting, lifting, landing and alignment of the goods. It is one of the important components of the forklift.
The inner mast is located on the inner side of the outer mast, and the upper beam is equipped with a lifting sprocket. The outer wall of the inner mast is equipped with longitudinal and lateral rollers for rolling in the outer mast to reduce movement resistance.
The lifting chain goes around the lifting sprocket on the inner mast, one end is fixed on the beam of the outer mast, and the other end is connected to the forklift. When the plunger rod of the lifting cylinder is raised, the inner mast and the fork can lift the goods.
The basic type of forklift mast is duplex mast. The arrangement of the inner and outer masts can be divided into overlapping type, side-by-side type and comprehensive type. The outer mast column is generally groove-shaped, which can be pressed and welded by section steel. The outer mast plays the role of guiding the movement of the inner mast, and its two parallel columns are firmly welded together by the upper beam, the middle beam and the bottom plate.
The inner mast column is made of trough-shaped, I-shaped or special-shaped steel structure. Its two parallel columns are firmly welded by upper and lower beams.
