1. Daily maintenance: clean the dirty and mud on the forklift, the fork frame and mast slide, engine and starter, battery electrode fork column, water tank, air filter, check the fastening condition of each part, focus on: fork mast support, lifting chain tensioning screws, wheel screws, wheel fixing pins, brakes, steering gear screws, check the reliability and flexibility of foot brakes and steering gears, check the leakage, and focus on: each pipe connectors, diesel tanks, oil tanks, brake pumps, cylinders, water tanks, water pumps, engine oil pans, torque converters, transmissions, drive axles, final reducers, hydraulic steering gears, steering cylinders, drain oil filter sediment. 

2. First-level maintenance: check and adjust the valve clearance, check whether the thermostat is working normally, check whether the multi-way reversing valve, lifting cylinder, tilting cylinder, steering cylinder and gear pump are working normally, check whether the shifting work of the transmission is normal. Adjust the gap between the brake pads and the brake drum of the hand and foot brakes, replace the oil in the oil pan, check whether the crankcase ventilation pipe is intact, clean the oil filter and diesel filter element, check the installation of the generator and starter motor whether it is firm, whether the connection head is clean and firm, check whether the carbon brush and commutator are worn, check the tightness of the fan belt, check whether the wheel is installed firmly, and whether the tire pressure meets the requirements. 

3. Shutdown maintenance: for a new forklift or a forklift that has stopped work for a long time, within two weeks of starting to use, for the bearings that should be lubricated, when lubricating, use new oil to squeeze out all the old oil and lubricate it more than twice .
