1. Understand the using condition of forklift and the shift personnel should truthfully explain the working conditions and current status of the forklift.
2. Check whether the appearance of the forklift was bumped, whether the bolts are loose, whether the glass is intact, whether all parts are complete, whether the tire pressure reaches the specified pressure, and whether the tire is damaged.
3. The tire wear standard is based on visual inspection of whether the tire line is exposed and the worn tire of the BMX trailer tire should be less than 8 cm. Check whether the forklift mast is loose, if loose, tighten it.
4. Check whether the battery wiring pile is firm and reliable.
5. Check whether there is leakage of oil, water and gas, check whether the water tank is short of antifreeze, pay attention to the temperature of the vehicle when checking, first observe the value of the water temperature gauge, and prohibit opening the water tank cover when the temperature exceeds 50 degrees, so as to avoid splashing accidents. The standard for adding antifreeze to the water tank is that the liquid level of the antifreeze is at the lower edge of the water tank cover.
6. Check whether the model oil is leaking or missing. Before the inspection, the forklift must stand still for more than ten minutes to avoid inaccurate oil gauge values caused by the failure of the oil to return to the fuel tank in time. When checking the oil dipstick, ensure that the oil dipstick is clean. If the right side is lower than the scale line below the dipstick, add oil in time and the amount added must not exceed the scale line above the dipstick.
7. Check the engine belt, fan belt and if generator belt has signs of looseness or wear.
8. Check whether the engine has oil leakage and whether the bearings are abnormal.
9. Check whether the instruments, switches, lights, signals, and wipers are working normally.
