After the wear of crankshaft journal, the matching gap between crankshaft and bearing bush increases, abnormal sound occurs during operation, and the working condition deteriorates.  Main reason: too little oil or oil in the presence of hard abrasive, oil deterioration containing acid.  The matching gap between the journal and the bearing bush is too large or too small, which makes it difficult to form the oil film, and the dry friction will cause early wear.  Diesel engine long-term overload, diesel engine under the condition of overheating, will soon wear out.  In order to avoid mini wheel loader crankshaft wear, usually should pay more attention to these problems.
