1. Check the electric forklift battery. In winter, when the battery is discharged 50%, the electrolyte is in danger of freezing. The electrolyte is composed of water and sulfuric acid. The higher the sulfuric acid content in the electrolyte, the higher the specific gravity of the electrolyte, and the lower the freezing temperature of the electrolyte.
2. When parking, choose an environment with flat, dry and sunny ground, and check the air pressure of the electric forklift tires. If the air pressure is too high, there is a possibility of tire blowout. Also check the electric forklift tires for scratches, as tires are likely to harden and become prone to air leaskage during winter.3. Check the brake system of the electric forklift in time, check whether the route is fragile to avoid insufficient power supply of the forklift's electric system due to battery discharge.
4. When the operating temperature is below -10°, the frozen battery must be thawed before charging, and the battery must be charged at a low current and at a slow speed, otherwise the battery may explode during charging.
