New loader maintenance
New wheel loaders need to undertake maintenance of gear oil after 100 hours. The main parts need 6 litres of gear oil filling, while both sides need to refill 3 liters reduction gear oil. New loaders need to undertake maintenance of hydraulic oil after used for 100 hours. Replace it every half a year.So does the transmission oil. Get a service on your new wheel loader after 100 hours of use. After 900 hours of work, it should be replaced once. In addition, the air filter needs to be cleaned every day and replaced regularly according to the working environment.
