Forklift maintenance
(1) Regularly inspect and maintain the electric forklift to ensure the normal operation of it. Any faults found must be dealt with in a timely manner to avoid affecting the progress of the work.
(2) When replacing the battery, choose a battery produced by a regular manufacturer to ensure stable battery performance. At the same time, pay attention to the charging and discharging process of the battery to avoid affecting the battery life.
(3) All parts of the forklift, such as tires, brakes, steering, etc., must be inspected and repaired regularly to ensure the safety performance of the forklift.
Reasonable use of vehicles
(1) When driving in the warehouse, try to avoid sudden acceleration and braking to avoid damaging the vehicle's braking system and tires.
(2) When not in use for a long time, turn off the power in time and store the vehicle properly. At the same time, forklift should be cleaned and maintained regularly.
(3) During the operation, pay attention to the working status of the forklift. If there are any abnormalities, stop the vehicle for inspection in time. For serious faults, contact the manufacturer for repairs in time.
