1) Observe the operating load during the running-in period. During the running-in period, the operating load should not exceed 60% of the rated operating load, and an appropriate workload should be arranged to prevent the machine itself from heating due to long-term busy connections considition.

2) Pay attention to observe the various appearance indications from every time. When there is an abnormality in the bucket teeth of the backhoe loader, stop the machine in time and clean it up. Stop working until the relevant reasons were found or the problem was resolved.

3) Observe lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, brake fluid, fuel oil level and quality, and pay attention to the sealing of the whole machine. If during the inspection process, the oil level is too high or too low, the problem should be solved. At the same time, the lubrication work of each lubrication point should be strengthened. During the running-in period, lubricating points should be filled with grease every shift. So that the special requirements, real-time adjustments can be made in time.

4) The backhoe loader should also be cleaned frequently and the loose parts should be adjusted and fastened in time to prevent the wear of the parts from being aggravated by looseness or the parts will be lost.

5) After the running-in period is over, perform forced protection to backhoe loader, be sure to make good job in observation and adjustment, at the same time, pay attention to the replacement of oil.
