The newly repaired gearbox has such failures, mostly because the reverse clutch does not disengage. The reason is that the reverse clutch friction plates are installed too many or wrong. The number or assembly position and sequence of the friction plate of the reverse clutch should be checked. This kind of failure may also occur in the first gear, and the treatment method is the same as that of the reverse gear.
